About Us

Daeduk Hanbit Church - English Worship Service is a congregation of Christians gathered together
in order to sincerely worship God.

• The church building is located in Daejeon, South Korea, more specifically very close to KAIST.
• Every Sunday, we praise and worship God and listen to a sermon preached in English.
• Following the sermon we have lunch together and enjoy fellowship time with one another.
• After lunch we have cell group meetings to study the Bible for deeper understanding.
• One of our important missions is to serve our foreign friends who come from various countries.
• We help them in their spiritual and actual lives here in Daejeon. This church congregation is open to everybody who seeks God.

Location

We have English Worship Service every Sunday at 12:30 P.M. on the 5th floor of the Hanbit Plaza which 57 Eoeun-ro, Yusung-gu, Daejon. It is located near by the main gate of Hanbit APT and takes about 5 minutes of walk from the main church building.

Rev. Dr. Yong Sup Song is a full time professor in Youngnam theological university and seminary (Daegu, South Korea) with research interest in multiculturalism, religion and science(artificial intelligence), and theories in Christian Ethics.

Before joining English Worship Service starting 2022. Dr.Song served as Pastor for multucultural ministry for six years in Youndong Presbyterian Church (Seoul) , followed by Young English Service at DDHBC for 1 year.
